Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason within ten (10) days of receipt you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original un-used condition for exchange or credit via the original method of payment. All items should be returned in the original packaging and shipping containers with the original packing slip enclosed. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Dakota Urns. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error. Refunds are credited upon receipt of the merchandise. A 15% administrative and re-stocking charge will apply on most returns.

No returns are permitted on personalized items.

For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

Can I receive a catalog?

We do not have a paper catalog. Dakota Urns is an Internet based business, all information regarding available products is available online. Each individual page has been designed to be printed separately. If you have something in mind that isn't on our site, give us a call, we'll do what we can to help.

We do not accept personal checks. Please use our convenient and secure online ordering feature. Our preference would be to process your order using our secure online ordering system 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Are all of the products made in the Dakota's?
